KINZE Manufacturing |
Date: December 15, 2008 Location: Wiliamsburg, IA Many members of Pohaku's staff had the opportunity to tour KINZE Manufacturing in Williamsburg, IA last week as a part of a meeting of the National Agri-Marketing Association’s (NAMA) Corn Belt and Iowa Chapters.I'm confident that every member of our team would agree that we left inspired by the incredible entrepreneurial spirit of one of Iowa's own - John Kinzenbaw. As a fellow Iowa entrepreneur, I have much respect for Kinzenbaw and the culture he has created at KINZE of constant innovation and delivery of the highest level of quality. I was incredibly impressed at the efficiencies built in to every aspect of manufacturing at KINZE, and the level at which each KINZE employee was familiar with their clients' needs. Learning more about Kinzenbaw's story reminded me of how proud I am to be in Iowa. The creativity and hard work ethic you'll find in this great state are absolutely unmatched, and John Kinzenbaw is proof of that. As every business and organization begins to feel the impact of what is now officially being titled a "recession", Pohaku's commitment to excellence and working hard for our clients will remain constant. I echo the sentiments of a friend from earlier this month, "I refuse to let this recession slow me down."Events like this tour, sponsored by NAMA, are critical in this economy. It’s more important than ever to actively network and participate in trade associations. The cost savings of meeting many individuals at one location is a huge benefit. Like Kinzebaw, Pohaku believes in the services we provide, and we are here to support companies in Iowa and across the country with innovative solutions for business growth. Let's talk soon!
